When will I know my assigned officiating minister?
We will inform you your assigned officiating minister 2 months prior to your wedding date. He/she will meet you to brief you on ROM e-filing and run through church wedding program flow. You are then able to furnish your assigned officiating minister your rehearsal date and time 1 month prior to your wedding date.
After receiving an email clearance upon successful application from Family Life Ministry, what should I do?
Please take personal responsibility to read up on Registry of Marriage website to be familiar with the requirements that you need to fulfil prior to efiling.
How long will FLM take to reply me?
Within 5 working days.
When is the earliest timing I can submit my wedding application form?
6 months to 1 year prior to your intended wedding date.
What happens if I submit my wedding application form less than 6 months before the intended wedding date?
All late submission will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To avoid disappointment, you are encouraged to submit your wedding application 6 months prior to your desired wedding date.
What happens if my MPC certificate has expired?
Starting from 2017, MPC Certificate will expire after 2 years. Couples are encouraged to plan their wedding within 2 years after MPC. Otherwise, a recourse is required.

What if my desired wedding date clashes with the blackout dates?
You are encouraged to choose another wedding date or if not, we would need you to engage a licensed solemniser outside the church to officiate your wedding.
What happens if I missed a MPC class?
You are required to attend a make up class on the topic you missed.
