- Ensure quality projection of all media content
- Work closely with technical director on programme flow
- Create outstanding multimedia experience
- Provide makeup for all stage ministers
- Provide quality image standard for both live and broadcast service
- Ensure quality lighting design and atmosphere for all services including HopeKids
- Provide hairstyling for all female stage ministers
- Provide quality image standards for live and broadcast services
- Assist in choreography, when necessary, to produce technically-excellent and spiritually-ministering pieces
- Work closely with other event programming teams for different performances and projects
- Flexibility to do other genres aside from his/her genre expertise
- Befriend and live out positive values for new attendees
- Operate cameras to achieve quality projection
- Work closely with video and technical directors to ensure quality video for screen projection and live broadcast
