What are some helpful perspectives that are needed to understand them and effectively engage them? What are some methods to reach out to them and meet their felt needs? Join this workshop to hear success stories and learn ways to reach out to the youth.
2 • Walking and Leading by the Spirit’s Empowerment

As spiritual leaders in God’s church, we are to lead through the empowerment of the Spirit. Instead of relying on past ministry experiences or leadership skills, God desires us to walk in step with the Spirit as we lead. How can we be sensitive to the Spirit’s leading in our personal lives and ministry? Join this workshop to learn more.
3 • Raising the Next Tier of Leaders
Raising new spiritual leaders is necessary for growth. What kind of qualities should we look out for in raising the next tier of leaders? How can we help these individuals rise up to the call of God? Join this workshop to learn how to identify and disciple new leaders to what God has called them to.
4 • Beyond Life & Death: Biblical View of Heaven & Hell
People across all cultures have always been intrigued by the afterlife, and to many this topic has often been shrouded in mystery, rather than in clarity. Where do we go after we die? What truly is “heaven” and why is there “hell”? This lab session will cover introductory concepts on the biblical view of heaven and hell.

God longs to touch the hearts of the kids through worship! Beyond just dancing and singing along, we are called to be spirit-filled worship leaders who will lead our kids to have an encounter with God. Join this lab to discover God’s heart for speaking to the kids through praise and worship and how we can lead our kids into the presence of God!
2 • How to disciple and engage kids during services
Learn how you can effectively engage children by approaching and entering their world, through a better understanding of the different age group’s learning development stages and every child’s preferred learning style. Also learn various ways how you can disciple, outreach and care for the children inside and outside service.
3 • Intro to Basic Audio System for Small Churches

Learn some of the basic key components of the audio system that is required for a small church. Link up with Technical Director of Hope Singapore for further advice & consultation sessions to help your church grow your audio ministry team.
