Jeff started a personal relationship with Christ after visiting Hope Singapore in February 1992.
The graduate from the Nanyang Technological University’s School of Engineering left the marketplace in 1995 to study full-time in a Bible college, and joined the church staff team later. It was there that he met his wife, Claudia, a student leader and full-time church staff then.
Jeff pioneered and led the Youth, Mandarin and Adult congregations, and headed the church’s pastoral division for more than five years. He also ministers in various countries in Europe and Africa. Since becoming the senior pastor of Hope Singapore in 2009, Jeff, together with his wife Claudia, oversees church growth and leadership conferences within the Hope International Ministries.
Claudia is happily married to Jeff. She received Christ through the ministry of the Campus Crusade for Christ Singapore. She is now a pastor of the church and has been in Christian ministry for nearly twenty years. Her extensive ministry experiences cover both pastoral and administrative functions. She used to oversee the pioneering work of campus ministries, Adult and marketplace ministries and help with church planting work.
Claudia currently assists Jeff in leading the Adult congregation. Her desire is to see Christian adults living out their faith in their homes and at the marketplace and making an eternal difference in the lives of others.
Christie is the pastor of the Filipino congregation. Raised in a Christian family, she received Christ during her teenage years.
A former accountant and freelance financial analyst, Christie joined the church in March 1992, subsequently serving as a core team member, mentor, small group leader, and eventually a pastor.
Today, Christie preaches, teaches, pioneers and manages various ministries to support church growth. Her desire is to see a church that fervently preaches Jesus and the gospel of salvation, leading to the establishment of strong biblical Filipino communities in Singapore and all over the world.

Despite her familiarity with Christianity as a result of growing up in Christian schools in Indonesia, Shirley realised in 1995 that what she needed was a personal relationship with Christ, not a religion. Upon graduation, she received the conviction from God to serve as a full-time staff in this church.
Shirley is the Worship Pastor. Blessed with a strong set of pipes, she is leading thousands to praise and worship God during combined services. Previously she was the Youth Pastor who discipled hundreds of youths to follow Jesus.
Shirley draws her inspiration from films, travelling and experiencing different cultures. Chocolate therapy never fails to perk her up when she is feeling down. Follow Shirley on Facebook and Instagram.

He started his church ministry involvement by leading a group of adults in 2000. Three years later, he returned to Singapore to serve as a leader in the Family group. In 2010, Daniel obeyed the call from God to become a full-time church staff. Currently, he is the Pastor of Office Operations.
The story of Queen Esther, who was called for “such a time as this”, has always inspired Daniel. He aspires to see more people living their lives to the fullest and doing their part to fulfil the Great Commission.
